THE SCORE OF HC METALURG’S PLAYERS IN THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR EURO 2016 IN POLAND
Five players from HC Metalurg had matches for their national teams in the previous EHF Week, of which four played for the Macedonian national team and one for the Serbian national team.
Darko Djukic played for Serbia in the matches against Iceland and scored three goals, one in Reykjavik and two in Nis.
Ojleski, Pesevski, and Kosteski played for Macedonia in the matches against France, while Taleski played only in Toulouse.
Zarko Pesevski was an excellent substitute for Stojance Stoilov in the match in Toulouse and scored two goals. But these were not his first goals for the national team, because Pesevski played on the 2013 Mediterranean Games in Mersin where he scored one goal on each of the matches against Serbia, Italy, and Algeria.
Nikola Kosteski was included in the line-up against France in the match in Skopje, but he did not enter the court. However, he played in Toulouse and scored one goal. Despite that this was officially noted as his first goal for the national team, still this information was not true, because Nikola scored a goal against Serbia on the 2013 Mediterranean Games in Mersin.
Goce Ojleski played in the matches against France, but did not score any goals.
Filip Taleski got a green light in the match against France in Toulouse by the head coach Obrvan, but he did not manage to score any goals, too.
